2. Data we collect

Only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email, company (optional) and your message. We do not collect special categories of data.

3. Purpose

To handle and respond to your enquiry or request. We do not use your data for other purposes or for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for any legally required periods. It is then deleted.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use processors for hosting and email (Hostinger) under appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@xentriagents.tech.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD — www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures (HTTPS encryption, access control, data minimization) to protect your information.

9. Web analytics

To measure visits in aggregate and improve the site we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. These analytics cookies are only activated if you give your consent in the cookie banner; if you reject it, they are not loaded and no data is sent to Google. 10. B2B commercial outreach

If we contact you proactively with a service offer, we may process professional contact data (name, role and corporate email) obtained from public sources or from the company itself, on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering services relevant to your professional activity (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). We inform you of the source of your data and you can object at any time, free of charge, by replying to the message or writing to contacto@xentriagents.tech; we will stop contacting you immediately.
